All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all underlying technology, remain our exclusive property. No rights are granted except as explicitly stated in these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: - We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. - Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
