API Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the API service (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Subject to compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the API solely for your individual, non-commercial use.

2.1 Commercial Use

The Service is intended strictly for individual, non-commercial use. For commercial use, such as incorporating the data into a paid/commercial product, a new commercial billing tier will be available in the near future. You agree not to: - Use the API in any unlawful manner. - Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service. - Circumvent or exceed rate limits or usage quotas. - Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the API to third parties without explicit permission. - Use the API in a way that could harm the Service or its users.


6. Rate Limiting and Fair Use

We may impose rate limits, usage caps, or other controls to ensure fair usage. Exceeding these limits may result in throttling, suspension, or additional charges.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service: - If payment is overdue - If you violate these Terms - If your use poses a security or operational risk

Upon termination, your license to use the API is revoked immediately.

To the extent that we process personal data on your behalf: - We act as a data processor and you act as the data controller. - We process personal data only in accordance with your instructions as necessary to provide the Service. - We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. - We do not sell, share, or use personal data for purposes other than providing the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: - We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. - Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
